Privacy policy and secrecy
- This pricacy policy and secrecy act is to protect you as a client. Please read the following information carefully:
- In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In case of goods received damaged or faulty or unwanted goods please retain the product and contact us within 2 days of receipt. If you extend this period we will hold the right to decline-
- We are committed to protect your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and according to the Web Trader Code of Practice. We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service and occasional newsletter which is mandatory for all our clients. If you do not wish to get our occasional newsletter, you will get instructions in each email to unsubscribe.
- Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we guarantee to respond within ten working days - If you decide to perform a chargeback nevertheless you will be blacklisted from purchasing from our website and/or any of our subsidiary websites. Chargebacks that are false will be subject to prosecution and police investigation due to fraud. All other claims are handled via mail, telephone or through banks.
- Please note that we, in all cases with unknown clients, hold our right to send via regular mail If you order via an unconfirmed address or business. At SunSpark Purity (c) we have outsourced payments for creditcard processing to Western Union and if required or requested we still use regular invoice. We do not resell or distribute customers personal information, such as name, location or e-mails to any part or extent.
- All sales are final and we issue no refunds once delivery
has been made AND shipped successfully. All order that exceed
1 kilogram will get a tracking number to trace world-wide
packages.
All envelopes and packages are sent in discrete packaging so there is NO indication what you have bought or that the product has been purchased from SunSpark Purity. If the envelope or package is opened, there is of course a certificate of analysis and invoice to confirm what the product is. - It is your responsibility to ensure, that your local
customs and national regulations, permit the import of pure
caffeine and lidocaine powder from Europe/Scandinavia.
We are not responsible for confiscations in your country - these products are LEGAL but restrictions might apply in your location.

We do not issue refunds of any kind. If you purchase our product and want to cancel, please return it to our adress in the same un-opened envelope or package that you received it in. Any package that has been opened will not be accept. We have strict policy terms for refunds and we rarely meet them. Our product standards is the best in the world, therefore if you regret your purchase please contact us ASAP so we can issue an immediate refund (contact must be made within 18 hours of purchase). If the product has been shipped, then our terms apply.
